we have a teeny tiny house, and not near enough storage, it was fine as a holiday home, but not quite enough room or storage for everyday living.. so out come the plans.....

and a little bit of co-operation, discussion, and then get to work...

and we now have one of these..

this is our new pantry! Just needs filling now...

it was very sunny 2 minutes ago, and then the thunder clapped very loudly, and the heavens opened!

we put in a new garden area this afternoon, and put the sprinkler on to water being a very hot sunny dry day!!!

but no need, as the rain is just pouring down right now, it is getting a double dose of watering, as I am NOT going out there to turn off the hose.

and the electrical interference has interrupted the news!

guess I will just have to find something to do from this basket then....

You two are a pair of whirlwinds. It doesn't seem that long ago that you were surrounded by boxes and couldn't find anything. Now you have lush gardens - whew. The rain is natures way of forcing a break, or that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it : )

Shiree, Tim has that definite look of "Yes Shiree, No Shiree"!
You do realise though now you have a pantry you are meant to fill it with fabric like my one is.-LOL.

Have a lovely sewing day Shiree. What else is a girl meant to do with no gardening and no TV? :-)

I love your new cabinet! We too live in a teeny house with little storage. Our house was built in the 30's when apparently they didn't see a need for closet space! It's so fun to see the warm weather in your part of the world while all in the midst of winter! x

No matter how much storage we have, I can fill it up and still need more. I think that tells a tale on me and my habits, huh. We have rain today but it's not warm like your weather, but it will do, at least it's warmed up and no longer bitter cold. Happy Wednesday :)

Rainy days are great for getting things done at home.
Or. For curling up with a great book, a warm drink, and some of that delicious pastry you made. Wow that looks go-o-o-d.

We also live in a wee cottage, so I totally identified with your post. Looks like the two of you were very productive.
