Hello and Welcome everyone to my space!
My name is Shireeand I live in the centre of the South Island of New Zealand, in a teeny tiny town called Twizel, at the base of the majestic Mt Cook.
This year I have decided to join in Karen's 4th annual event party sharing our work spaces and studios from around the world. I am hoping that next year if I participate again, I will see a dramatic change in my work space, we are building a new house and so I will have a lovely new spot for creating..
so please keep that in mind when you look at these photos....
a quiet sunny corner
this chair is perfect for hand quilting or stitching
this is what it is all about huh..
now this area is quite messy and only slightly disorganised, (DUH), remember what I said about moving in a few months, so as long as I can work here in the meantime... my long arm usually sits on this frame but it is currently away being serviced,

most favourite quilts ever, I just love how bright it is...

Secondly...that thread holder, the sewing machine wire frame thingy!!I want one of those...hummm....maybe dear hubby can make me one for my sewing space!
